United Way of Rockbridge is again participating in the Festival of Trees at Natural Bridge State Park. During this time, local organizations are asked to decorate a holiday tree to represent themselves. Visitors may then vote for their favorite tree by placing this year's items under the tree of their choice. The tree with the most items by December 31 will be the winner. It's not too late to visit! You'll be helping the community as you enjoy viewing the beautifully decorated trees. GIVE is the focus of the UWR tree...GIVE of your time as a volunteer, GIVE monetarily with a donation to support programs; GIVE items to support our community organizations. Local non-profits are the lifelines in our region. This year's donations will be unexpired, non-perishable food for the Natural Bridge-Glasgow Food Pantry, and pet supplies for the Furever Friends Pet Rescue of Buena Vista. Please visit!
